How many seats does Green Wall Coffee have?
16 seats in the front of the café, eight sheltered outside and six in the back room. The outdoor seats are sheltered by an awning and usable all year round, even in light rain.
Inside
The front café area has 16 seats. That is deliberately modest: it is meant to be a room where people talk and notice one another — not a hall. Nobody works on a laptop here (see Can I work on a laptop?).
Outside
There are eight seats on the bench in front of the café. An awning spans them, so they work all year round and keep off light rain. If you want to sit outside in winter, you can.
In practice at Green Wall Coffee
With 30 seats in total, our café at Sophienstraße 27 in Berlin-Lichtenberg is small enough that on a busy afternoon a free seat is not always waiting for you. Reservations are not possible — you come, and you either find a seat or wait a moment.
